On arrival at DELHI Indira Gandhi International Airport (Terminal 3), following customs, immigration formalities and baggage collection, as you exit the arrival terminal building, you will be welcomed by India Tours & Travels executive holding a placard in your name to greet you. Day 2

Explore the sites of Old & New Delhi

Begin with Old Delhi which still has the influence of the Mughals with monuments, mosques, and forts all through the complicated streets. Take a drive past Red Fort and reach Jama Masjid, the country’s largest mosque with fine architectural extravagance. From here, we will take through the small lanes of the Chandni Chowk market by cycle rickshaws which have there been for more than three centuries. This ride will be most captivating as you get a first-hand view of the merchants, the little food and artefact stalls and the swarming population, busy in their daily activities. End your old Delhi sightseeing with a stop at the world-famous 200-year-old Attar shop (Closed on Sunday). For people who are not aware of what Attar is; it is a non-alcoholic perfume, directly squeezed from herbs, fruits, flowers and spices. One can choose Rose, Sandal, Musk, Amber, and lots of other fragrances. In the afternoon, continue with New Delhi sightseeing starting with Bangla Sahib Gurdwara, dedicated to the 8th Sikh guru Sri Harkishen Sahib, make a visit to the pond (Sarovar), the main central hall and the famous community kitchen which prepares food for 40,000 needy people every day. Then, drive past the official buildings of New Delhi like the War Memorial Arch (India Gate), Parliament House, the official residence of the President of India and the Prime Minister’s house. Conclude your sightseeing with a visit to Qutub Minar, with five storeys and projecting balconies, the 73-meter-high tower is one of the most important landmarks of Delhi and a world heritage site.

Nestled at the crossroads of the Aravali and Vindhya Mountain ranges, this renowned wildlife sanctuary is just 14 kilometres from Sawai Madhopur in Eastern Rajasthan. Today, Ranthambhore is a top destination for wildlife enthusiasts and photographers. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and unwind. Ranthambhore National Park - Jungle safaris

Early in the morning, prepare for your first wildlife safari in a shared Jeep. Ranthambhore National Park features a diverse and dynamic landscape, with scenery ranging from the gentle and steep slopes of the Vindhyas to the sharp, conical peaks of the Aravalli’s. The park is characterized by dense Dhok forests, grasslands on the plateaus, lush meadows in the valleys, and vibrant vegetation around the canals. Three large lakes—Padam Talab, Malik Talab, and Raj Bagh—add to the beauty of the forest, each surrounded by aquatic plants like duckweeds, lilies, and lotuses. While tigers are the star attraction, Ranthambhore is also home to a rich variety of wildlife, including numerous bird species, owlets, langurs, leopards, caracals, hyenas, jackals, jungle cats, marsh crocodiles, wild boars, bears, and various types of deer. Today we travel to the captivating city of Agra visiting Bear Rescue Centre en route. It is the biggest sloth bear rescue centre in the world with over 130 sloth bears, the bear rescue centre comprises massive, forested areas, waterholes and giant shady trees. Several welfare activities such as vaccination and wound and parasite treatment are undertaken during the quarantine period of the rescued bears.
Continue your travel to Agra (Approx. 05 to 06 hrs. drive), home to the iconic Taj Mahal. On arrival, check-in at the hotel and spend the rest of your day at leisure.

Day 14

Travel to Pench

After a relaxed breakfast, check out from your lodge and set off on a scenic drive to Pench National Park (Approx. 04 to 05 hrs. drive), a land that inspired Rudyard Kipling’s The Jungle Book. The journey takes you through beautiful countryside, quaint villages, and stretches of teak forests, giving glimpses of rural life and the natural beauty of Central India. Upon arrival at Pench, check in and take the rest of the day to unwind and soak in the tranquil surroundings.
The evening is at leisure — a perfect time to listen to the sounds of the forest come alive as night falls, setting the tone for your upcoming wildlife adventures.

Day 15

Morning Jeep Safari and travel to Tadoba

Wake up early for an exciting morning jeep safari (with packed breakfast) in Pench, venturing once more into the wild to witness the forest come alive with the first light. Keep your eyes peeled for elusive big cats, vibrant birdlife, and the rich tapestry of flora and fauna that thrive in this beautiful landscape. After an adventurous safari, return to the lodge for a quick freshen-up. Later, check out and embark on a scenic drive to Tadoba National Park (Approx. 03 to 04 hrs drive). Often referred to as "The Land of Tigers," Tadoba is Maharashtra’s oldest and largest national park, famed for its high density of tiger sightings. Day 16

Tadoba - Morning & Afternoon Jeep Safaris

Early in the morning, set out on an exciting morning jeep safari (with packed breakfast) into Tadoba Andheri Tiger Reserve, often called the "Land of the Tigers." As the mist lifts from the forest floor, explore Tadoba’s rich and rugged landscapes, home to majestic tigers, leopards, sloth bears, wild dogs, and a dazzling array of birdlife. Return to your hotel for a hearty lunch and some time to relax. Later in the afternoon, head out again for another thrilling jeep safari. With changing light and cooler temperatures, the park reveals a different side of its wild charm — animals become more active, and the forest buzzes with life. Whether it's the roar of a distant tiger or the sight of playful cubs near a watering hole, every moment in Tadoba offers an unforgettable experience. Return to your lodge in the evening, filled with stories and sightings from the day.

Day 17

Travel to Nagpur Airport to board the flight to Mumbai

After a final morning soaking in the wilderness, enjoy a relaxed breakfast. Later, check out and drive to Nagpur Airport (Approx. 03 to 4 hrs. drive), passing through the scenic countryside of Maharashtra. Upon arrival at the airport, board your flight to Mumbai — the city never sleeps is the phrase that is always associated with this city. Opulence, excitement, and the fast-paced nature of the city make it one of a kind. It is also recognized as the entertainment and economic capital of India. The cosmopolitan nature of the city adds to the liveliness of the waterfront metropolis. From rock-cut temples hailing from bygone ages to Victorian architecture, Mumbai has it all. The Indian Film industry, popularly known as Bollywood also has its base here. Upon arrival at Mumbai’s Airport, following baggage collection, as you exit the arrival terminal building, you will be welcomed by India Tours & Travels executive holding a placard in your name to greet you. Thereafter, you will be assisted with a transfer to your hotel and check-in. The rest of the day is at leisure to unwind or explore the city at your own pace.

Day 18

Explore the sites of Mumbai

After breakfast, proceed for a guided sightseeing tour of Mumbai. Begin with Gateway of India, situated at the border of the Arabian Sea, The Gateway of India is often recognized as the commencement point for tourists in the city. A host of playful pigeons can be spotted in the courtyard against the scenery of the sea. Personal yachts can also be booked here to experience the beauty of the skyline. Elephanta rock-cut caves (closed on Monday), carved out about the mid- 5th and 6th centuries AD. Recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site, the greenery and the immaculate sculptures in the caves give an impression of what a life away from the main city looks like. Mango, tamarind, and palm trees make the region an attractive picnic spot as well. The intricate internal carvings of the caves never fail to mesmerize visitors. Prince of Wales Museum (closed on Monday) to get a sneak peek into the past other than visiting a museum. The establishment holds several art, artefacts, and antiquities along with its relatively rare natural history specimens. Excavated evidence from Japan, China and several other European countries can also be found in the museum. Gandhi Memorial Museum (Mani Bhavan), a tranquil museum reminiscing the philosophy of M. K. Gandhi’s life, Mani Bhavan provides an accessible and informative way of understanding the man behind the idea of Satyagraha, his contribution to the Indian National Movement. Conclude your trip with a visit to Dhobi Ghat, World’s largest open-air laundry, The dhobi, a traditional laundry man who collects household filthy linen, washes, irons, and delivers to their doorstep for a little fee, is a distinctive characteristic of Mumbai. Over 200 dhobis and their families labour together in what has historically been a hereditary profession. Return to hotel and spend rest of the day at leisure.
