Rafting up to Gaighat and drive to Chitwan National Park

Today’s journey from Keshavtar to Gaighat (Approx. 2.5 hrs. rafting) offers an adrenaline-pumping experience as you navigate through Class III technical rapids, a perfect blend of excitement and adventure. Feel the thrill of conquering these lively waves before the Seti River merges gracefully into the mighty Trishuli River. After a gentle twenty-minute float beyond the confluence, we reach Gaighat, marking the end of this unforgettable river expedition. From Gaighat, a short and scenic drive to Chitwan awaits, where a completely different adventure begins. Upon arrival, check into your resort and prepare to dive into the wild wonders of Chitwan National Park (Approx. 04 to 5 hrs. drive), Asia’s best-preserved wildlife sanctuary located in the southwest of Bagmati Province, surrounded by the Himalayan foothills. The name "Chitwan" literally means "heart of the jungle". According to previous writings, the area known as Chitra Ban was described as a dense forest filled with wild creatures, where reclusive sages would retreat to meditate.
